What do you dislike about Briostack?
This system is NOT user friendly. We have lost a field employee over frustrations with this system. I have paid over a thousand dollars for a system that is simply unusable. The salesperson was misleading and the customer service has been almost non-existent. They tried to charge me for adding a warning label to my invoices (as required by law). The billing system is screwed up. I am abandoning the money and time I have invested in this because I simply cannot due it anymore. They have chosen the wrong service industry to create software for because they don't understand the needs of a route technician or office staff... or heck, even admin! I tried... REALLY TRIED... to stick with it and ask for help but even their staff does not know what to do. The "dedicated trainings" just leave their people and this person frustrated with nothing really accomplished. Today is the day. I'm out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
