What do you like best about BMC Truesight Integration?
BMC Truesight Integration gave me an opportunity to have all the IT data sources on a single pane of glass. Having all the IT data in one place, including the network’s performance and logs, enables me to easily solve problems and gain a general overview of my IT situation. What do you dislike about BMC Truesight Integration?
Connecting to each of the data sources was not very straightforward and required a lot of configuration in the form of connectors. The problem was that the documentation was very often not very clear, and solving connection problems resembled a labyrinth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BMC Truesight Integration?
The integration towards automation, data, event, service impact management, and managing adapters are beneficial in performing operations related to these areas. The documentation in these areas is very well written and valuable. The support provided by BMC is helpful for complicated situations and makes the users solve those issues. What do you dislike about BMC Truesight Integration?
The usage limit is very narrow and has a minimal amount of usage. The modules provided are not vast and require widening their depth. The documentation provided is not detailed enough for complex problems and does not support such issues. Third-party integrations are not present, making it difficult for all the projects to collaborate with BMC.
