Management of servers like patch updates and monitoring is a difficult task for a normal user. To handle such an environment an organization needs much expertise and experienced people. Azure AKS has come a long way in the last couple of years. It's fairly stable, and the overall platform is the best K8S experience I've found in Azure. The Azure VNet / CNI integration is very helpful in a high-security environment. Microsoft is also quite responsive on production support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)?

As is often the case in Azure, AKS support for new services comes with compromises. Want to run virtual kubelets ("ACI Connector") on a VNet? Sure, but you're going to be missing Managed Identity.
