Intial Integration part can be challenging, we will be required specific configuration and setup for that which can be challenging. Also we will have to depend on 3rd party tools and softwares. One of the challenges I faced was the lack of real-time data synchronization between AWS S3 Objects and Alation. Although Alation performed an initial scan and cataloged the metadata of the objects in the S3 bucket, it did not automatically update the catalog when new files were added or existing files were modified within the bucket.
