In total, I am having 5+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere. Started my journey from version 8 to A360. AA is a Super Flexible tool, even a non-technical person can able to work on it. with this RPA tool, I worked in all types of environments like Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, and Service based Companies. With this tool, I automated citrix,web-based, Desktop based applications. The best part of this tool is Document Data Extraction, Bot insights, and AARI(Co-Pilot). There are several advantages to this tool where the dislikes are minimal,

Costing of the tool licenses, Sudden drastic change from v11 to A2019.

Thw UI is simple and provides powerful connectivity to almost all basic systems. It is quick to learn, develop and deploy the automation. The pricing is relatively cheaper and flexible compared to other platforms. Provides scripting support to simple and popular languages(VBScript, Python and JS) out of the box, that supplements its capability and makes it much powerful to use. It lacks advanced AI models for entity extraction from documents. It also has minimal connectivity to native Microsoft suit of applications where many organisations host enterprise data and collaboration tools.
