What do you like best about Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation?

I have worked on multiple RPA tools but automation anywhere is the best. The reason would be the workspace baby develop the bots it's completely on browser. The control room activities are more easier to understand and I also worked on the Admin part to provide the access and deploy the bots . What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation?

The bot agent concept was good, but I have faded multiple issues with the bot agent where I have to restart the bot agent in case of device issue or sometimes where the bot execution got stuck and I need to restart the boat which requires the Admin access of the particular mission. Automation Anywhere is the best automation platform I used.It helps in automating complex task by creating smart BOTS. The features are very progressive, supporting web scraping and creating AI-driven automation capability. The customer support is very quick to response. I have been using this tool from last 2 years, I love many things in AA. However, I love it's IQ Bot and AARI features, how not handling web automation and Microsoft products like Excel Automation. What do you dislike about Automation Anywhere - RPA | Robotic Process Automation?

It need to add some features to AI/ML technology.

Compare to other RPA tools, it has less activities and element recording/identification. Selector recorder need to improve.

Price is little high as per service/tool features.

Document Processing feature need to little improve like UiPath has Document Understanding.

After migration from version 11 to 360 there was a huge change in the interface and it is very convenient to use than the older version. 360 comes up with more advancements like machine learning and AI integration for more comprehensive solutions. The tasks are more accessible and offered more integration with cloud services this helps to improve time and storage than older version. 2) Also Automation Anywhere tool is oriented in a very organized way. the packages and all the command actions are easy find and easy drag and drop for the logics.

3) The bot deployement and automation is ver easy to implement even a peson without having coding knowledge can implement and deploy the bot.

4) AA team is very supportive as there support is so quick.

5) Integration with other application like SAP and db are very easy.

6) Usually i use this tool on daily basis.
