RPA dramatically reduces the dependency on resources to increase efficiency and reduce errors. It also helps in situations where the resource crunch is at a high. With the increase in the project workload and shortage of skilled workforce, part of the ongoing maintenance task could be outsourced but requires monitoring, with RPA eliminated. All code stored in Cloud and Environment managed inside the cloud is one of major feature which I liked.

Few actions have limitations. Example: If a write custom action and deploy into the tool which will allow only one output parameter that too with specific data types.

I found that certain operations don't work consistently every time. For example, the Capture command is a great tool for having the bot click certain buttons but for some reason it doesn't always click in the same spot every time (even when it's the same machine).
