Our company was looking for a monitoring tool without investing in hardware. We started using Circonus to monitor some of our equipment based on conditions that are defined by metrics and brokers and provide email and SMS for critical alerts to our administrator and support members. We use the data collected from Circonus record and review the health history of our equipment to evaluate and determine a course of action. We were satisfied with the product that we implemented with all our managed equipment as new equipment as our company grows. Circonus also provides excellent customer service that review our checks by simply providing the direct URL of our check and make suggestions to reach a resolution.
Overall, Circonus is a cloud-based monitoring tool that is easy to use, easy to implement, and easy to integrate. It eliminates the need to invest in and maintain your own hardware. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much to dislike about Circonus, it is a great monitoring tool, but it takes some time to learn how to customize and test it to meet your specific needs before putting it into production. Additionally, sudden updates and changes to features can sometimes require you to reevaluate your processes esp when training new support members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Circonus provides a very low bar for entry when thinking about monitoring your application, having one of the best custom metric ecosystems available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a growing company, some UI elements and aspects could be more intuitive, however the dev team does work on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Considering my experience with Apica LoadTest, I can claim that one of its strongest characteristics is its capacity to mimic significant amounts of actual traffic in order to evaluate the functionality and scalability of web applications. It provides a variety of load testing options and is capable of handling challenging test scenarios with ease. Its user-friendly interface also makes it simple for non-technical users to create and run tests. All things considered, Apica LoadTest is a strong and trustworthy load testing tool that may assist companies in ensuring the best performance of their online applications. Apica LoadTest suggests that one potential drawback is its pricing scheme. Although the platform offers a wide range of load testing options, some companies may find its cost to be a bit high, especially small firms or startups with tight resources. However, rather than smaller firms with lesser requirements, the platform might be better appropriate for larger, enterprise-level organizations with complicated testing needs. The platform's extensive feature set and capabilities may make the pricing reasonable, therefore these aspects may not necessarily be bad for all users. In the end, it comes down to the unique requirements and spending capacity of each company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
during my work experience in Cloud and infrastructure, I always search for a unified platform that's helping me to monitor the infrastructure and applications in one comprehensive platform. Manly, I tried many platforms, But I found Circonus is the most powerful one that allows me for real-time performance and behavioral motoring for my managed Cloud. It's too early to say what I dislike, it's just a recommendation for Circonus to make the integrations easier and simplify so don't have to go through more readings to get it up. but also it comes more easily each time I contact their support. the support guys are extremely professional and very helpful. Circinus is just amazing platform that unify my work to one platform, I can monitor my network, infrastructure and app. Even I can visualize the app performance and having a clear insights into my managed area Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Circinus make the circle of tools integration larger and larger every day, for now some infrastructure vendors may need to be more easy for integration. That's a minor request but I know that Circinus is always putting good expectations for me as a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Circonus helps me to realize the value of my IoT data that's generated from the systems, and based on this comprehensive and real-time analytics i can figure the opportunities and issues of my systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Circonus is allowing me a free trial which is a very great opportunity for me to try the software. but I recommend is not limited to specific features and make the trial for all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ability to generate load tests across regions. This makes it easy to simulate "real" traffic against an application. It also is easy to get up and running with quickly. You can add load tests for your applications in a matter of minutes. It has many advanced features of course which you can spend more time on, but ability to get up and running quickly is nice. UI interface/design is not very intuitive. Can be difficult to navigate throughout the various screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Apica's ability to perform ping tests which helps in knowing if our services are up/down and its capability to execute full synthetic transactions are useful for any organization who wants to have their applications available 24/7.
Apica can be integrated seamlessly and easily with other monitoring tools like Datadog and PagerDuty to alert you immediately after a failure is detected in your application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Apica pings frequency should be a custom number rather than a predefine number. So if I want to have a check performed every 10 mins or every 24hrs I should be abled to configure that instead of predefined. Also the SSO page has to be redesigned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
