I hope many people aware how swagger came as standard for writing API documentation. Undoubtedly swagger hub is a must-try for those who work with the APIs implementation. As time progresses and usage of Swaggerhub I may find some features that need to be improvised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

• Easy and fast process to design, develop and document API's(using auto-generated API documentation capability)

• Simple User Interface

• No Code Generation

• Seamless collaboration platform

What do you dislike about API Hub (formerly SmartBear SwaggerHub)?

• Not exactly API first approach - we first have to define RestController and its methods. We need to refactor our code if we decide to switch to other programming languages at the beginning of our journey. With YAML, there is no such problem

• Documentation is split across many classes - no single point of truth

• Not so many examples of how to define something with annotations - there are more examples with yamls

• Methods with hundreds of annotations can be very verbose (thankfully, we can move OpenAPI's annotations to the interface) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The swagger hub is helpful in many aspects. the best of best in my opinion is support to any specification that belongs to open API spec & the ability to generate quick reliable documentation for our APIs which can later be shared with anyone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the moment I don't see any drawback of the Swaggerhub. it takes a bit of time to set up our projects. but the advantages it brings are countless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

swaggerhub has a user-friendly UI that helps share API with anyone effortless, and it is easy to get started. Also, it is easy to configure many things. Many languages and frameworks support it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
