As the director of financial reporting, i use zonereconcile regularly for SEC reporting and i have found it be incredibly user friendly even as a first time user. Its interface feels very familiar, much like Microsoft office programs, which made it easy to navigate and get the results i needed. on top that the customer service team has been outsatnding quick to respond and very helpful both with XBRL questions and general support. Zonecapture is like having one smart that handles all boring office stuff like paying employees, setting up their computers, managing expenses, and hand;ing HR. instead of using five different tools for all this zonecapture, brings everything together in one place so it all works smoothly and talks to each other. no more jumping between different apps to get things done. I love how zonecapture makes approving invoices so much easy. its really easy to use and it lets me track and approve invoices fast without any hassle. i also really like the collaboration features its super siple to communicate with my team and control who has access to what zonecapture has definitely helped us stay organized, work more efficiently, and get things done faster. Without zonereconcile, conducting our annual audit on time would still be a challenge. now, our PBC is ready before the auditors arrive, and initial selections are completed within a week of the request.

I donot like that the software does not let you combine analyses from different processes into one view. This makes it harder for users like controllers or financial officers to get a complete picture in organizations with multiple workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Effective rules can be setup with a decent amount of complexity .

2. The system's learning capacity is good and picks up repetitive patterns.

2. The customization logic is not intuitive when creating multiple rules, in order to fully understand it help from a consultant might be required.

Zone & Capture is a very functional tool that fits seamlessly into our workflow. The interface is intuitive, and it covers all our operational needs efficiently. Some of the newer, AI-powered features are impressive and show real innovation. However, we’ve noticed that users still prefer to keep a certain level of control, especially when it comes to decision-making or data validation. We now have the ability to make such what ifs come true thanks to zoneapprovals. Beginners may easily begin constructing right away because to the logical approch, and the zoneappeovals crew has been incredibly responsive when we have encountered obstacles. We have utilized the use case library, an excellent open source collection of completely functional tales as well as ideas, as a brainstorming tool for our own company. When things work fine, it's like magic. It saves a lot of time and the automatching is correct most of the time. This is especially useful for invoices with different currencies.

We're also extreamly pleased with the customer support. If it was support alone I'd give 10/10.

When the AI update came a lot of matching failed. This caused trouble. Implementing changes at all seems to frequently cause small bumps in the road for ZoneCapture.
