For creating clusters the configuration time taken is little high other than that I don't think there is any issue with EKS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like seamless setup, scalability, and integrations with AWS services feature of EKS which indeed make it a best tool. Along with this, monitoring, observability features, excellent support and documentation are good best way to learn and use EKS. It requires absolutely zero or no maintenance. AWS itself takes care of everything and can be easily integrated with other AWS Managed Services such as EFS, EBS, IAM, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a fully managed Kubernetes management service by which we just have to take care of our workload deploying it has reduced the operational overhead to manage the master control plane of the Kubernetes cluster.
