What do you like best about AlgoDocs?

Algo docs are coded so well and it can extract data effectively and efficiently without any mess

Ignore manual data typing because it's very slow and time consuming. This free tool saves your time and effort and money also.

It's Algorithms easily detect data and column without doing anything best for corporates and students

Customer service and creating the free initial extractor is superior. The initial extractor creation was

particular helpful as it seemed pretty complex when first looking at it.

It is so accurate that it unfortunately picks up on all the errors and corrections that I made and had to sign next to as the logbook is an official document.

What do you dislike about AlgoDocs?

Algodocs is automated software and that's why it restricted the ability of human mind and slow down the manual processing.

Companies also know that there software exists therefore more extra work is allocated to staff which is not fair

Everytime using algorithm for work is not good sometimes manual processing is also good for people

Took some work to get the extractor set up. I should have taken them up on the 1st one free but wanted to solve the challenge myself.

Some advanced filters didn't have a video/article on how to execute them, but as I said, just contact support!

I do wish that you could select what portion of a page the auto table reader analyzes. I also wish you could do more individual document analysis instead of batch analysis only. I also wish that the selection in other modes could utilize abnormal polygon selection, so you can select the corners of a rectangular box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's helping me accounting and maintenance of ledger and balance sheet

It's also helping me in extraction of data and processing and then distribution of salary.

It helps me in deduction of tax advance and other things as a company

Processing data of bunches of people is hectic and energy drained process but this software protected me.

Data extraction is inbuilt a big problem for company then data mining and then utilising remaining useful data is big task specially when data set is Big and people are less.

In accounting firm data extraction is very tough because of difference in almost every entry and balance sheet if not tally will rectified everything from first entry itself.

What do you like best about AlgoDocs?

AlgoDocs has been a very efficient platform for extracting alphanumeric information and tables from a scanned document, avoiding manual processing, reducing errors and streamlining processes. All this makes it a great help in the workplace, allowing for space for other tasks and with the assurance that all data will be extracted. I always review the data extraction to verify that all the information is correct, but it is also just validating and it saves me time if I were to enter the information manually. What do you like best about AlgoDocs?

- We use this to transfer printed papers in our office to CRM

- Free account is available, it's might be enough to try quality of recognition

- Integration with Zapier and webhooks. We use this to send data to our in-house CRM solution

- High quality of recognition. We had mistakes only twice

- Huge plus that you can parser inbound e-mails. We have special one with rules applied for our clients and it's easy to automate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AlgoDocs?

- Building parser it's not so obvious process, requires to read documentation

- It's pricey service. We have one month 10 documents and one 300-400, so it's not so flexible when you have different volume

What problems is AlgoDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use this to parser PDF and JPG files of the documents sended to us via-email. Very rare case that we use this service to parse data from scanned documents to our CRM system. This service is not used by our company very often, but it can automate process of extracting data from images or printed invoices, what we need in rare case. What do you like best about AlgoDocs?

The tutorials for using the various data extractions are very clear and precise.

Its algorithms easily detect data and columns without major manual data cleaning interventions on the extracted files.

The customer service for the creation of the initial free extractor is excellent. The creation of the initial extractor was very simple, even though at first glance it seemed quite complex.

The ability to combine multiple extraction models allows for shortening the processing times of the files.

What do you like best about AlgoDocs?

AlgoDocs is the AI model which lets you work with documents. The thing I like the most about it that it lets users to do so much operations within the one platform only. Be it the extracting data from the document or extracting hand written notes, it performs all the tasks very effectively with more than 97% accuracy. The website have so many features which aren't present in other platforms like extracting specific information from the document or multiple languages, or even it allow integration with other softwares like Google drive for ease of use. What do you dislike about AlgoDocs?

Well every features works great but in the free plan we get only 5$. And when we start using the AI models present on the website, some amount is deducted from that quota. But if you are using this website for commercial use, I highly recommend it as we can easily extract information like invoice, tables, HR documents, financial reports, etc with more than 97% accuracy. AlgoDocs is a intelligent document processing software. It uses AI models in the backend for processing and the models are very accurate and efficient. There are mainly 2 types of processing like Rule based extractors and AI based extractors. We can use rule based extractors when we want to perform specific task like extracting multi language document, extracting hand written notes, etc and AI based extractors for Table detection and extraction, form extraction, invoice extraction, etc. We can even integrate softwares like Google Drive, Gmail, Sharpoint, etc. All models works efficiently and accurately. What do you like best about AlgoDocs?

Well this is a good data extraction tool can be used & very easy to use to with its super simple UI. Well thought product for my use case. I use it for invoice uploads and extraction for my small business. Implementation-wise too it is a very smooth product to use. What problems is AlgoDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well I run a small business in my hometown and have to work a lot around invoices and payment re-payments. Manually typing a lot of data is a bit more work & cost too. What do you like best about AlgoDocs?

data processing field is very fast, and it is a core needed feature while processing the data, it's been less than six months since I have been using this but, I like the way and ease of using it while extracting and managing data, also they provide a third party integration feature which helps a lot to ingrate document, overall it is easy to implement these docs within the system, their support video & blogs are very use full, as I am using it since last 6 month. What do you like best about AlgoDocs?

AlgoDocs is a very useful tool where I can extract information from any PNG, PDF and JPG file, very easily with the assurance that all the extracted data is completely correct. Its power to extract information from this type of documents reduces time in the preparation of tasks since I do not have to do the process manually and check several times, there is no limit of pages of the same document to extract the required data, something that has worked perfectly for me for long documents with a lot of information Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AlgoDocs?

I like the simplicity of this tool! it is so simple to use and it has made the data processing work very easy. I used to struggle with getting data from the images, PDF and online tools were not helping then i moved to this tool, it is very accurate and useful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
