Adobe was great but has really turned it around and made a terrible streaming platform....basically if you have only one person talking this is a good platform, if you have more then 1, use another platform, between the audio and the screen share you will find much better options other places

How can Adobe improve their support, since the only bugs that Adobe can fix is what they can repl...
Use classic view and turn of HTML client for best use. New unlogic interface and really instable HTML client should be totally avioded until reworked.
If you want to use your recordings in Adobe Connect as mp4 files. Use a capture tool, since Make Offline is not always functional.
