The platform is very easy to use and maintain. It offers a number of features that allow us to highlight particular stories or marketing initiatives, while also giving us the everyday tools to tweak our results through a number of attributes. At first, AddSearch looked like a promising solution, with a clean interface and useful features. However, despite initial optimism, their team was unable to meet some very basic requirements for our website. We expected a smooth integration, but instead, we faced multiple technical issues that were never resolved. Communication was slow, and in the end, we were left with a non-functional tool. To make things worse, we still had to pay for the subscription, even though the service never worked as expected.
