Does the job.
It gets the job done. I can relatively easily create a coder pad and share it with a candidate. It has decent language support and I love the VIM keybindings option.

Great tool for coding interviews
Quick to setup, easy for the candidate to get into the flow. Full feature development enviroment with analysis, static checking etc. Makes it a much more natural experience rather than a simple shared word doc for example
