1) The flexibility of the CoderPad platform in my experience is 2nd-to-none. 2) Depth and Breadth of pre-existing questions are excellent, and the CP team is always open to adding new technologies and questions. 3) Ability to collaborate with others and manage permissions to ensure control. 4) Customer and Account Support - really willing to help you cater the platform to your needs as a business. 5) Code playback and security features around when a candidate is copying code or not - opens more discussion.

CoderPad is a feature-rich platform that maintains an intuitive, approachable, easy-to-use UI. I love that CodePads can be shared directly via URL, and that no candidate sign-up is required to access pads

I like the Coderpad always "just works" with a simple pre-installed environment for C++ and Python that also allows for the execution of the interviewees code. The question bank is very useful for setting up interviews quickly in a standard manner.
