Would it be possible to integrate to the Visual Studio Code IDE, a browser that shows in real time, the modifications in the source file?, This would complete the benefits of this outstanding interface for web programmers

Until now, to verify or debug our code written in Visual Studio Code, we rely on a constantly updating browser. My question is related to the possibility of integrating a browser that does not need to be updated but rather instantly shows the changes made, as well as the errors in syntax or logic of the modified code.
