Why is Salesforce is the #1 CRM for growing businesses?

Having worked with Salesforce products for nearly a decade and a half, I could go on about the quality, innovation, value for the money, and all the other usual reasons, but that's not the main one. The primary reason Salesforce is far above competing CRMs is simple: Community. Try going to Twitter and searching for Netsuite or Dynamics or Sugar. Sure, you'll find activity and some experts. Now try it for Salesforce. The level of engagement is almost cult like. No matter how obscure the issue, someone can and will help you. All the other great things aside, that alone make it the champion for me.
