Why is it that when using Assist in Zoho, to join on the dashboard screen never connects?

If I invite someone to a remote session and stay on the invite page it works fine. But, if I go back to the Assist dashboard in-session screen, the remote session never initiates a connection.

Are you using Zoho CRM or Zoho Assist? Make sure your contacts from the CRM are imported into Zoho Assist. I do everything inside assist not the crm.
