The App has always been slower than the Web Version. I always keep a BC tab open on my machine and it runs much faster.

Are you using basecamp 1,2,3 on a computer, mobile. Lots of reasons it could be slow but I have not had issues with basecamp 2 or 3 being slow on a computer
