When are you going to update the lease portion? This is your Biggest weak spot.

The Lease Creating section is a high priority, and we're going to re-build the flow in the future to make it more convenient/easier for everyone. Right now, we're gathering feedback and suggestions, so we'd really appreciate it if you share your ideas, by submitting an "idea-ticket" straight within the system and sharing your vision regarding leases, and accepting online applications. In the meantime, TenantCloud provides a great possibility to build a Lease Agreement straight within the software: via easy Copy/Paste flow or uploading the PDF. And manage the document in an advanced way with auto-fill elements, E-signatures and the ability to customize the documents according to your needs. TenantCloud also includes a Rental Application feature which you can customize by adding your own screening questions, requiring additional docs etc.
