What would be the best way to restart on the basics, as I am having a little trouble on trying to get and start an existing project

I needed a little help to get started because I feel that when I do start a new project I immediately get stuck on what to do next, maybe I need a little help with the basics again but hopefully there is someone out there that knows what I am talking about

I highly recommend my users don't open Qualtrics until they've designed their survey/form/process "on paper." you shouldn't bother using Qualtrics until you know exactly what you want to happen. This includes display and skip logic, workflow, drop down lists. etc. I have some basic rules I use for creating a form/survey. Things like: 1. Never ask a question you know the answer to 2. Never ask a question you can get the answer to without asking (authenticators - SSO and Contact) 3. Never user a fill-in blank when you can provide choices 4. Use validation to help ensure better data 5. PLAN out your survey/form before working on it.

I agree with Susan. Qualtrics’ tutorials are quite helpful. You can find one tailored to your needs.

Qualtrics has great training. Check out the help section located in the top right of your account after you log in.
