I discovered more value in ZoomInfo's layers of data and intelligence each time I set out to learn more about the tool and enable further adoption by our sales team. The learning center and volumes of video walk-throughs are available anytime and placed on-demand - and the knowledge and use cases run deep. The ZoomInfo account team is always very responsive, and representatives do know the tool well and understand our use cases. They empower us to leverage the tool increasingly and provide invaluable insights to all our sales team members, including shining a light on valuable new functionalities and features, adoption tools, practices, and innovations. The integrations with Salesforce save our team countless hours capturing, reporting on, and sharing information and logging in and out of different tools to do it, including tools like our CRM and even LinkedIn and any other website for gathering intelligence on prospects and customers. We selected ZoomInfo to enable our ABM pivot, ICP, and persona foundations. I have suggestions for all ZoomInfo users to use this.
