What is Zoom Video Webinar?

A zoom video webinar has many participants, usually over 100 that are there to watch a webinar on a specific topic. The participants are not on video or microphone, but have the ability to participate in chat.

A Webinar is a meeting format that allows for multiple participants and panelists. Most importantly, it lets you distinguish between panelists (people who can see share stuff and control their own audio/video) and attendees (those who have to be granted audio permissions and have no video) with each type of meeting-goer having different permissions. Webinars are different than "meetings," where all attendees have the same audio/video privileges.
