What is the use of Bright Pattern?

From the demo I've seen, Bright Pattern is a quite novel contact center software without much of a learning curve needed. One thing it's known for is having the easiest and quickest implementation. Beyond that, I would just be relating what can be read in the 'About Bright Pattern' section here on g2. Here's an excerpt: "Bright Pattern offers the only true omnichannel cloud platform with embedded AI that can be deployed quickly and nimbly by business users—without costly professional services."
