Customer 360 view, generating leads and converting it to opportunity and quotations and much more. Salesforce has a nice dashboard and pre defined reports and you can customize it as per your need. Salesforce can integrate with many systems, also recently Microsoft announced Sales Copilot Adds-in which integrates with Salesforce and Outlook, now you can add leads directly from your outlook to Salesforce.
