You may say I lost everything. But I still had my bedazzler.

Very little. Google Voice operates an app trying to be a landline/business/alternate phone where with OpenPhone is an elaborate business or personal number(s) provide an old-school stability and comfort with incredible, modern features. Google is an app trying to be a phone. OpenPhone is an phone app that is a phone app.
The reliance and prominence of branding with Google is in stark contrast to the feel of OpenPhone. OpenPhone allows you to make the app *yours*. Google Voice makes it very clear it is their app.
The ability to use both a web app and phone app, which are constantly in sync, so that you can make calls or texts on your computer's web browser and on your phone is very nice. I don't have to get out my phone while working on my computer, but I can do all of my "phone" communication right there on the web browser.
It is similar to google voice. There are some differences, though. Through OpenPhone, you can multiple numbers. Google Voice has a habit of having delays when speaking with someone. This causes both parties to speak over each other. I rarely have that problem with OpenPhone. Trust me. I am huge fan of Google Voice. I was with Grand Central before Google bought the company and rebranded it, Google Voice.
OpenPhone is the collaborative phone system for teams. It brings your calls, texts, and contacts into an intuitive app that works across all your devices, so you never miss a customer.
