What is Harness Continuous Delivery used for?

Harness Continuous Delivery and GitOps provides a path to production for software changes. It integrates with CI tools and repos (or you can use the built-in Harness CI technology) to pick up builds, deliver them to test environments, execute tests and security scans and finally deploy to production.
