Apart from various other beautiful features which I like, Built-in Phone and Email Management are the two things which have personally impressed me. With the built-in phone, it becomes easier for me to not to bother about integrating a phone system with my CRM. I also get the call logging and linking to the right contact. For email management capabilities, the user interface helps send emails, integrate other email clients with or without creating personalized email templates, scheduling bulk sales campaigns. This also keeps a track of email open and click responses.
