TriNet discontinued their client representative program in 2020 or early 2021.
TriNet offers phone support (expect long wait times to reach a live person), email support (you do get an automatic response saying they received it, an actual response or effective resolution varies) I find it best to only ask one question per case, even if they all relate to the same matter. Otherwise they will answer one question and ignore the other.
You can also open a case directly online. I think they discontinued live chat.
TriNet customer support is available by chat, email, and phone. Don't waste your time, however, as they poorly train those folks. Your best option is to open a case with TriNet and escalate the hell out of it.
They have a client representative to answer any questions you might have about your organization. All of them are trained but you have your specific one that is available. If they do not offer a service, they will direct you to one of their trusted organizations.
