Hi Vishnu, There are tons of ways you can use Jira's API. It's up to you what to do with them and that will definitely be based on the challenges you're facing within your organization. That being said, at Axented we have experimented with automated reporting tools for PM & Partners that have significantly reduced the time invested in back and forth between product and management teams.
