Hey Dave, this can be subjective and depends on your requirements. Though in a simple way, HubSpot is focused on Marketing Campaigns, and it also provides CRM for the sales team which can be good for limited requirements, consider a small business. Whereas SalesForce is a huge enterprise level of Sales CRM (Now named as Sales Cloud). It is highly scalable and customizable for your purpose of lead management. SalesForce also has a software solution for each of these - Marketing (Pardot, and Marketing Cloud), Customer Services, and Social Connect. I hope this helps.
