we need an outside bookkeeping VA to do basic things we don't have time skill to do - any referals??

WE are a very small firm and have a VA posting time but need someone that is familiar with the program to generate invoices and templete job progress reports so we can generate them in house. Someone that already knows the program vs. us needed to learn the whole program to generate just the few things we need. Suggestions or referals would be great.
