Absolutely not. Employees can choose which social media accounts they want to connect, or disconnect, at any time. The app has 'post only' capabilities, meaning that when the employee chooses to share on social media using GaggleAMP, it is solely to share the post. Only the employee has the ability to post on their social media channels, too. An employer cannot push posts directly to an employee's social channel without the employee approving of the activity. For further transparency in privacy, reporting on social media activity (think shares, reach, and number of posts shared) are done in aggregate to further protect the privacy of the employee. At no point in time does the employer have access to your social media accounts.
