Customer success is our first priority. All customers are offered training options that include in-person sessions, online video courses, and more. For self-service support, DocuWare provides a rich support portal with a knowledgebase, forum and more. Technical support representatives are also available across a number of geographies, including U.S., EMEA and Latin America.
