Hello Uriel, Thanks for reaching out and I understand you are looking for some remote ways (or more automated ways) to install the agent without needing IT support to do so. This is a challenging concept, of installing software without having any gateway into the machine. JumpCloud has implemented a few ways to handle this as best as possible. First, if your users have admin access on their machines, they are able to install the agent themselves. This can be done by downloading the agent from their JumpCloud user portal, or you can send the installer and connect key to your users to install. If you already have some sort of RMM or deployment solution in place, you can distribute the agent installation via a command or through scripts. All agent versions can be installed using a command line or a script. I understand that deploying software to unmanaged machines is a bit of a challenge. But once you get the JumpCloud Agent on those machines you will be able to deploy future software much easier. Also, with Zero-touch for ABM/DEP on Mac, you won't have to install the agent on future Mac devices.
