The support I have experienced has been exceptional. I have emailed questions on several occasions and have always received a prompt response. With one question I asked about building a Pipeline to track the progression on a lead through the sales process, my customer service rep called me and walked me through it. He then sent me some "templates" that I could use as is or modify to fit my needs. Less Annoying CRM provides better service for the $10/month fee that I pay than some other vendors who charge me $60 to $90 per month. To summarize ... excellent customer service
