PaperSave leverages Active Directory which offers many benefits. 1) a user doesn't have to remember a separate user name and password. 2) If your company requires new passwords ever 6 weeks and requires them to be 8 characters with special characters with upper and lower case letters, then PaperSave leverages those same passwords to make sure your policy flows through to the application. 3) When a user leaves, simply update their rights in AD and their rights are updated in PaperSave without an administrator having to go into PaperSave to update their security profile.
