I have tried scheduling emails on Groove, but I don't understand where they go. Like Gmail has a separate tab for Scheduled emails, does Groove have a similar setup?

Scheduled emails go to different places based on whether they were scheduled from Gmail or Flows.
When scheduling an email from Gmail it will go to a scheduled emails section where it can be reviewed and canceled if needed.

For flows, scheduled emails will go to the "outbox" of the people tab.
