Yes Workbooks integrates with Sage Financials well and we have a lot of customers using this, linking our business edition to Sage - meaning you can raise invoices from inside Workbooks and replicate them correctly into Sage or raise them in Sage and synch them into Workbooks CRM - This gives visibility to sales, support, marketing etc of what a customer has actually bought / licensed, allows you to filter and market based on it etc - eg you can filter show me all customers who bought product ABC and not product line item XYZ so we can market an upsell/upgrade to them (quickly and easily). Customers have moved off Sage CRM to Workbooks citing we integrate better with their Sage financials than Sage!
