I am weary of additional services offered through LinkedIn since their premium isn't super beneficial. My company is starting a recruiting initiative. What bonuses this service offers compared to in-house recruiting and tracking?

LinkedIn has been trying to get me to try a free month of LinkedIn Premium - here were their stated benefits: 1) Unlock the full list of Who’s Viewed Your Profile 2) Contact anyone on LinkedIn with InMail 3) View details on 35x more profiles with full profiles of everyone in your network 4) Search better with premium filters and 7x more results I'm not sure if any of those options will serve your purpose...but hope it helps.
