Our pricing model is based on a tiered subscription system, where users can choose from different levels of service depending on their needs. Each tier offers a set of features and benefits, with pricing adjusted accordingly. Additionally, we offer discounts for annual subscriptions and special rates for educational and non-profit organizations.

Unlike most software-as-a-service vendors who require annual commitments, our agreements are month-to-month with the option for longer terms. You would start with the license to VanillaSoft itself and add on additional functionality as needed (VoIP, Dialing, Recording, & SMS). All pricing is per user per month, quoted in USD, beginning with an admin/caller combo($100/month). Each additional caller is $80/month. For each caller, or admin/caller, you can additionally add VoIP ($33/month-unlimited calling in the US and Canada), Dialing($30/month), Recording($30/month), and SMS($20/month)
