Method offers synchronization with Quickbooks desktop (Pro, Premier, Enterprise, and Online). We have a multi-user installation, with the QB file residing on a server. A synchronization engine runs on my computer and it uses my log-in. You could also set it up to run on the server and use a separate QB user license. But having it on my machine while I'm using QB gives me the most control and oversight.
All of the items sync to Method, allowing the easy creation of quotes.
Quotes (Estimates) can be created without synchronizing them with QB, preventing the bloating of our QB database with unused contacts. Quotes can be easily converted to invoices which contain a link to a payment portal.
Payments also sync with QB.
Invoices automatically pull from inventory.
Overall, Method has been the most practical CRM we have used and has saved a lot of time that was previously spent copying information between the CRM and QB. The email features are a bit weak, so all of our activity is done through a group email account instead of Method. We also use MailChimp for campaigns, but we were doing this with other CRMs anyway.
You should plan on a few hours of customizations. While you could do this yourself, the Method techs have been fast and competent.
