They are also known as strings — a logical text variable in your code with an ID and values in different languages. One key may contain a word, a digit, a phrase or many phrases, even the whole terms of use. We only count the keys in the main language. We count keys regardless of how many languages you may have.

Since your product pricing is based on keys among other features, it's difficult to understand which pricing model to choose since it's unclear how to factor in how many translations are required. Most providers (your competitors) base pricing on number of words translated which provides much more clarity on budgeting. How do you respond?
