I work with Chosen on a retainer basis, but I'm a freelance web developer. I get clients regularly asking about live chat for their websites. Tidio is by far the best live chat app I've used, but I struggle to recommend it to other clients because I know I'd need to set up a new account, and they will then be charged for my role as an operator. Ideally, I'd like a central admin account with a list of my clients with access to their accounts so that I can set up their live chat and chatbots for them. This would go nicely with a referral scheme - everyone's a winner!
