is this something applicable to a whole company or really just a small team task manager tool?

I’ve used it for years individually and for the family, for which it works fantastic. It might work with larger teams, but wouldn’t be ideal with probably over 8-10 people or so. There’s no division of permissions and things like that you tend to need for larger groups.

I agree with the previous poster that it is a wonderful tool for business and personal use. It is so customizable that with your direction, I am sure you will find that you can tailor to the exact specifications that your company needs. It may, indeed, be more streamlined for personal use, but with some tweaking, it could easily benefit your entire business team.

Todoist is great for both personal use and business. If you are a team and looking to manage huge projects, you should try Todooist Business that comes with a lot of excellent features to collaborate.

I think there are better systems out there for team collaboration and task completion. Todoist is great for personal use though. To Do's, Reminders, Shopping Lists, Random Thoughts, Etc.
