Is there any way to record the calls made by our marketing team?

As the firm expands, we'd want to be able to track outbound calls made by our marketing staff. It might be useful for marketing training and other purposes. WhatConverts, on the other hand, I don't believe is capable of doing so. If anyone knows how to do it more easily, please let us know.

You could create a tracking number that points to your outside destination numbers and have your outbound callers dial the tracking number. But it would need to be set up each time for each recipient's number. It would be a very clunky and impractical process. I don't believe they currently have an outbound dialer or outbound call connector.

WhatConverts is built to track all inbound leads with full marketing attribution including phonecalls. However, recording outbound phonecalls is normally a feature found in outbound sales software, I would look into outbound call tracking software.
