Google Drive is a close second in my opinion, and their storage tiers are too steeply priced. Plus, it's very likely Google Drive is integrated into many of the same apps that Dropbox is, at least in most cases. The performance can be spotty at times with the free tier, which allots you 15 GB of storage, but once you start paying for any tier, it's stable all the time. Google Drive doesn't have a document scanning feature like Dropbox's, so if that's a must, might be a deal breaker; there are 3rd party integrations available, though. Overall, I still highly recommend Google Drive, as the features are very comparable with DropBox.
