Is there an option to use it on Learner Management System? Currently i know of Moodle.

As i see many beautiful designs, is there a way to use it on Learner management system especially when one is building an online college that registers students, uploads assignments and also offers the live lessons that one can track. If one was to do customs modifications on the CMS, will it not affect the updates or the updates breaking the code?

Hi. Magento would not be a good choice to build a Learning Management System (LMS) on. Solutions such as Moodle would be a much better choice. If your question is more about whether Magento could provide the ecommerce capability for an LMS that is selling courses, then in theory, yes, but it is not what it is primarily designed for and solutions such as Moodle have more dedicated commercial add-ons that are better integrated for the task.
