Is there an "archive" feature for Jobs that are completed?

My company has a high volume of jobs. When they are completed I would like to archive them from the Administrative Jobs page so I will not be forced to scroll dozens of pages or perform a Search function to locate current jobs. Is this type of feature currently available?

All you have to do is deactivate the job. It doesn't go away, but no longer shows in active jobs. All of your information for that job is saved.

I have not seen an archive for jobs but you can run reports and then mark them inactive. We also have a high volume of jobs and would be interested in this type or archive feature for jobs and employees. I do know once I deleted an employee on accident and the clock shark team easily recovered it so maybe they have this capability with jobs as well.

Not exactly an archive feature. I normally print out job details, so that I can analyse the costing & then delete the job so it doesn't show

Not specifically that I am aware of. When we complete a job, I just inactivate it so that it does not show up on the employees' app on their phone as a choice. It remains in the list of jobs. Jobs can be sorted by Active/Inactive to make viewing easier for the Admin.
